If the numerous past events in your life haven't made you realize the true essence of your time, then my friend now is the time to really grasp your moment & reflect upon self-realization. I've been pondering upon several thoughts since the past 4 days - of #quarantine I must also mention, that what is it that we're all so crazily running after.
Perhaps for some of us, it's defined by love, passion, finances or simply a goal to achieve in a set period. However, this #coronavirusoutbreak has made me realize (knocked some sense into my head) that the world moves on, time passes by but what doesn't stop is our excuse or regret to have done something we have been prolonging or hoping to do since the past years.

As for me, I really have to force myself out of my routine to incorporate the desired hobbies I've always wanted to practice. For example, book reading is a leisure activity that was an essential part of my life during my studies. However, amidst our hectic working routines, I found it difficult to manage to keep up with this routine. As a result, I had plenty of books left untouched for almost two years until I decided to take a step. I manage to read a set of pages on my way to work every morning, which serves both purposes - keeping up with my reading hobby whilst also helping me stay wide awake to begin my day.

In some cases, people always find an excuse out of doing regular exercise or a casual 20-mins yoga session or jog around your block. I myself was a victim of excusing myself out due to a hectic day at work or something of the other. But I've come to realize that "Jaan hai tu Jahan hai" - Health is of paramount importance. We must all put ourselves and our bodies before any stressor. That's just how important physical exercise is in our lives.

I would also like to add that humans are social animals, thinking that we're done for the day after an around the clock office routine, isolating yourself from your room and Netflix is not going to do any good. Nor do you or ones around you. We need our family, our friends, and partners. They're the individuals and elements that make most of what life should consist of. It is crucial to take a large chunk of your life and devote it to your loved ones because, despite our cruel work routines, it is always our friends and family that makes you feel at home and comforted at last.
So folks, cheer on & continue to spread the love by doing what you dear the most. Stay well and healthy while you're in quarantine for the better of everyone in the near future. #BeingWell
