Let us all take a few deep breaths & embrace our mental health for a minute. Amidst the #coronavirus outbreak, people across the world are finding it difficult to contain their mental sanity. However, none of the sufferers from stress and phobia can be held at stake because has effected a good chunk of the world's population so far. But what we MUST do is remain calm and intent to fight this pandemic with positivity.

Each time the headlines appear, the people are left shallow breaths, fearing what's to come and the numbers rising by the hour. This unfortunate event has effected people across borders, plunging the fear and threat of falling sick to the umpteenth level.
So what're the few steps we can carry out responsibly...
- Avoid overwhelming yourself with the news - watching, reading and listening to it could cause mild to severe anxiety.
- Reach out for medical or information on the general know-how to take practical steps, preparing and planning for your family or individual self.
- Limit yourself to consuming information at one time during the day. Perhaps, when the headlines break the news around midday.
- Take some time out for physical exercise. It doesn't have to be extensive but perhaps a 20-minutes routine to keep your juices flowing & exercise is a blessing when it comes to rejuvenating your body from stress and strain. (Drop me a message if you want inspiration links or plans).
We must also not partake & promote creating false hype on social media and be absolute considerate of those suffering from health issues such as anxiety, depression, obsessive-compulsive disorder and other mental conditions that make them more susceptible than regular people.

Aim to maintain a sense of normalcy in your routine, may it be through a set of workout activities, cooking, Skyping with mates, reading up on books that you had planned to, catching up on the latest movie releases, learning a new language even.
For many people, it's their mindfulness meditation and for others, it's their prayers and faith to God but we must stick together to show support and love for the people. #BeingWell
